A DAY OF ADVENTURE AND DISCOVERY
What your little ones can expect...Our Sessions
We are proud to provide a variety of sessions to support the needs of children and their families at Scamps and Treehouse Club, based in the beautiful grounds of Spetisbury School. While many of our children transition to Spetisbury Primary School, we warmly welcome families who choose alternative primary schools as well.
Our pre-school, Scamps, operates throughout the week during term time only. In the final term of the year, we offer our “Scamps to School” sessions, designed to help ease the transition for children as they prepare to move on to primary school.
Treehouse Club is our wraparound care with flexible hours to suit the needs of all families from 7:45am – 6:00pm, term time only.

A warm and welcoming environment awaits our families and children, where we are open every day to children aged 2 to 4, providing them with the opportunity to begin their early education. Scamps offers a fun and engaging space designed to stimulate learning through hands-on activities. Our room is thoughtfully designed with natural, calming resources and colours and filled with a variety of toys, books, art supplies, and sensory play materials that encourage creativity, exploration, and social interaction. |
Our children participate in activities such as singing, dancing, building with blocks, drawing, and learning foundational concepts like numbers, letters, shapes, and colours. Our dedicated staff gently guide these activities, nurturing social skills such as sharing, taking turns and communicating with others.
Scamps offers a mix of structured activities and routines, such as circle time and story time, alongside unstructured play, providing children with a balance of both guided learning and free exploration. We also place a strong emphasis on emotional development, helping children understand their feelings and how to navigate friendships.
Overall, Scamps is a place where children start building the foundations for future education while enjoying themselves and developing crucial life skills.

Breakfast Club
Our Breakfast Club offers a variety of fun, social, and nutritious activities designed to start the day on a positive note. We provide a selection of breakfast options, including cereals, fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, croissants, crumpets, and pancakes, ensuring a balanced meal to fuel the children for the day ahead.
With a consistent schedule, we help children establish a routine, offering stability and helping them start the day in a calm, organised way. It is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, where the children have the opportunity to chat, catch up, and make new friends.
Additionally, we offer light, enjoyable activities such as drawing, colouring, and games to keep the children engaged and ready for the day ahead.
After-School Club
Children are collected from their classes at 3:15pm (or after any extracurricular activities they may attend) to join Treehouse Club until 6pm. The after-school clubs tend to be very energetic so we welcome them in and our sessions are designed to provide children with a chance to relax, unwind, and engage in activities they enjoy after a busy school day.
These activities may include arts and crafts, sports, board games, outdoor play, homework support or even themed workshops such as cooking or drama.
Treehouse Club not only provides care and supervision but also offers children the opportunity to develop new skills, make friends, and have fun in a safe, structured environment. We also offer a healthy snack and ensure that children are picked up or dropped off as needed, helping to make life easier for busy families.
